Letter to Jim(outline draft)

Hi Jim, I am a friend of your father. I heard about the story happened on you and I felt really disappointed. In my opinion, you did several things really wrong, and I am coming to remind you about them and giving some suggestions to you.

First, you should never trust other people easily without any research or decision by yourselves even he is your friend or relative. "You never know a person unless you walk in their shoes" (To Kill A Mockingbird) Be vigilant to the things that seems easy to achieve and money that seems easy to get. Remember it will never drop a pie from the sky. You earn from what you did, so never dream that good luck and good things  always happens on you. Therefore remember trust yourself never rely on other people, that will help you to avoid many trap and dangerous.

Second, Never forget to care about people who loves you and care about you, or you will lost more than just money. Although money is really important in our 

Finally, don't give up your dream. If people keep dreams in their heart and try their best to achieve them, dreams can be their support and lead people to succeed. Although you have lose everything, but you still have dream.

How to write an interesting creative wrting

If you let me choose to read from a creative writing or an essay, definitely will choose the creative writing. There are several reasons that I prefer creative writing than the essay.

First, creative writing has no limit on form and ideas, you can write anything with you imagination, for example you can write about the fantasy story, the fiction story or even your dream from last night. In creative writing what you write is much more important than how you write, reader will focus their attention on the content, and pay less attention on the form and format. Also small mistakes on grammar is acceptable. Therefore, creative writing is freely and it contains different ideas and inspirations from different people, It is interesting because you can find out new things and experience different feeling from it.

Second, creative writing gives people a experience to a new world. Although you are just stay indoor and reading on chair or bed, but you can have fun, exciting, scary, sad, or even happiness experience. It is really interesting to perceive feelings and explore a different world which is created by diverse writer. It has more fun than than reading the essays which all of them are kind of same. In the creative writing each piece of story you read is different, it may be a fantasy story, a fiction story or even a poem, so everything can happen.

As you can see, creative writing is interesting to read and people can get lots of ideas and feelings from that. To me creative writing is fun to write and i usually use several ways to help to make it become more entertain and interesting.

First, I use a fully describe about the background of the story to form a different world than what we have now, because people always have strong interests on things they don't know. Therefore, a different  world outlook like what I write about a world full of zombies and death will be attractive. The theme of what you write is really important to determine the story is interesting or not. I often choose fantasy and fiction  as my tone of the story, because these kind of story attract me most. To sum up different theme will be interested to different group of people.

Second, it is really important to describe the mental and emotion of the characters in your story, because reader want a more realistic person, and they usually replace themselves as the characters to experience the story. Therefore, the characters must be realistic and writer must pay more attention on writing about their feelings.

As you can see, that is my opinion about how to make a creative writing interesting and why it is interesting.

The Only Way to Survive

“What time is it?” a man’s voice asked, “ It is 3 o’clock, 3 hours to the sun rise.” answered a clear and melodious voice, it seemed to be a girls voice around 11 years old. “ Be well prepared, take everything you need and pack up. You need to learn how to take care of yourselves. Remember whatever happens you need to survive.” the man said seriously. His hand gently touch the girl’s faces seemed to memory the girl in his mind, he knew that might be the last time to stay with her.

This is 2015 February 31th, two months after the doomsday happened. Countless meteorites fell from space and hit the earth, lots of people died at that day, but that was not the end of the nightmare. An unknown virus spread out from the meteorite, half of the people around world have infected the virus, and after one night they all turned to zombies, also the people killed by the meteorite revived to zombies, too. The government tried to control the situation by sending out armies, unfortunately they failed and become the part of zombies. The only hope for people who’s trying to survive now is a rumor which said there is a palace in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean where is away from the zombies and dangers and full with delicious food and inexhaustible gold. 

A man and a girl stood at the top of the building overlooked the port which is 800m away from them. From the experience they learned by consuming thousands of humans lives, they knew that the weakest time for zombies is the time when sun rise, they will run slower and lost part of senses, such as hearing. They need to run under the cover of sun rise to cross through the way to the port which is crowded with thousands of zombies. Several hours later, “ run the sun is rising, I will take care of the zombies” the man’s said rapidly. A silhouette ran out of the building with torches holding on the hand. It attract most of the zombies’ attention and run to the opposite way of the port. After a while a little silhouette ran out of the building and went straight away to the port. 

Several years past people has taken back the ground which occupy by zombies. According to the owner of this painting said that this painting is painted a women who survived from zombies by drift in the sea on a small boat. It was her impression about the most important time in her life and the fire in the background of the painting become the only hope and support to stay alive when she drifted alone in the sea.

What Impression, Soleil brings to me

Impression, Soleil is a painting painted by Monet on 1873 at LE HARVE in French. It is a sketching of sea views describing the sunrise in the morning with mist around it. It is not similar to the pursuit of art to the artists at that time, what the painting present is more impressive and gives people a quick feeling about what they see in daily life. At the time it is exhibit in the art gallery at 1874, the painting has been libel and ridicule. Other artists thought that it is not romanticism and realistic and they didn’t agree with the way it painted. There is even a journalist laugh at the painting and says it is just a impression. However, as the time goes by this way of painting become a very important part of art and it is called impressionist. In my opinion, I prefer impressionist better than the romanticism, because I think that the impressionist can spread out painter’s feeling more freely and more creatively and Monet uses the contrast between cold color and warm color such as blue and orange to show people a hopeful and courageous impression.

From the bottom of painting, it gives people a feeling of pressure and gloomy. Monet uses three types of cold color to present a hasty and frigid morning. The dark blue and violet which is used for water and fog give people a strong feeling of being frozen, and usually the color blue means sadness. Also Monet use black to unfold the people who’s work is go fishing very early in the morning. The black just like the shadow of the people reveal a hard life for the poor people who’s seek to life on their hard work and  just receive a little amount of the money, so it really give people a stressful and hopeless feeling to the audience, and black can represent unfortunate and fear. These ways of coloring can easily drives people to a negative memory and give bad feedback. Therefore it serve as a foil to feature the other part of his drawing.

In the middle of the painting, there are several really important part that making a connection to the top and bottom and it also gentle the contrast between the top and bottom to make the painting become more genial to audience. First people can see the shadow of the sunshine reflect on the water, it disperse the fog around the sea and bring a warmer color to people. It brings a feeling to people that cold night is gone and a warmer morning is coming, like a little light in the darkness although it is not much, but give people hope and courage. Second, Monet uses a lighter blue and purple on the boats and port in the middle of the painting. It give people a feeling of hope as well. Imagine people working on the boats come back from the far sea; they finished their work and they are able to get payed and go back to home. Of course it will give people a feeling of hope and happiness.

Finally, in the top of the painting we can see that the sun rise and the sky has been illuminated. A strong feeling of hopeful and courageous will come from your deep heart and it form a intense contrast from the bottom of the painting the comparison between warm and cold color really enhance the feeling of hopeful and courageous. The bad feelings that save from the bottom of the painting will released and melt in the brightness of the sunshine. It tells people that never give up for your life bad things will end and good things will come, be always looking forward.

To sum up, this painting painted by Monet arouse my feeling by its idea of hope and courage, and also the way it paint. I think it is not just impression for Monet in a morning at LE HAVRE. It also represent Monet’s view of his future.

What do you think the artists is trying to convey?
     There several different pieces of painting from Monet about the sun rise. However all of them have different meanings. According to the one I pick I think painter is using a strong contrast on cold color and warm color to give people a impression that bad things is going to go away; hope and happiness is coming. First the painter use the blue, brown, black, dark green, these cold color to give people a pressure and gloomy feeling, but gently the color start to change. There is a inverted image of the sun reflect on the water, showing people a feeling that sun is rising darkness are going to go away. Finally, at the top of the painting there is a sun rising and the sunshine is everywhere around the sky showing that hope and happiness is coming. As you can see Monet use contrast between cold color and warm color to give people a feeling of hope and happiness.

Writer you are

In the Collage, I put all the things that is related to the writing about me. First, I put a picture that a people is writing and there is a no homework mark beside him. Besides the pictures I wrote: in some how I like to write, so that means if I am not writing for homework or school assignment, writing will be a really joyful things to me. Second, I put a picture of a famous Chinese ancient poet with his poem. Do you know why? To tell you the truth, writing poems is one of my favorite things to do, and it will make me feel that I become a ancient Chinese poet and keep in touch with Mother Nature. Therefore, I prefer to write outside, it gives me more inspiration when I am closed to nature, so at that time writing really makes me feel peaceful and it is the best way for me to spread out my ideas and feelings. To make the collage fell more colorful and interesting, I add some nature pictures and a bump that instead of inspiration. Then talk about my writing process, I am a kind of rush person when I haven a idea I will grab a pen and write it down at once, it can help me to keep on track about my ideas. Lastly, I prefer to writ e with a pen than typing on the laptop or ipad, because it makes me feel that I am writing, and it helps me to remember what I write. To sum up, writing is important to me and I really enjoy doing that except when it is an assignment for school.

Who am I and what I want to do

When I feel sad or in a bad mood, I always listen to the music. As the music playing, I become relax and all my bad feelings will go away. So, listen to music is one of my favorite things to do. Here are three of my favorites songs to share with you guys, and I think all of them represent part of myself.
First, the Chinese song called <Dear> which is a background music of a movie. Sometimes I think that pure music is better than the music with people's voice. It can leave you more space for your imagination. Just like me, I am a person with bunches of imaginations and usually I like to have a peaceful and a relaxation  atmosphere. Second, the song called <Push aside all>. It is really strange that sometimes I will be a completely different person than what I usually does. I become really excited and aggressive and be enthusiasm to everything. Lastly,the song called <old boys>. I like this song because it is like a 
microcosm about my memory in junior high school. So every time I listen to this music, I feel I go back to the time when I was that aged.
