About the chase

Summary: It talks about a story happen on writer when she is 7 years old. The girl and her friendsplay snowball besides the street and assign the car pass by as target. Unfortunately, they hit a car with a aggressive driver. He chased after them from block to block for a long time and catch them at last. The only words he told them is " you stupid kids"

Analysis: in my opinion, she learned that throwing snowball to other is a bad things. Also I think she will never run that much again, because she think if they can't run away, they should better catch by the man at first. The passion is more important than the result.

Quote: " If in that snowy backyard........ Who wished to have a word with us." I think it is important because it show us what writer learn from the chase; If you can't make it, you should fail at first. She knows that the punishment from doing a bad things and this experience will stay in her mind forever. It will remind her never do things like that again.
