I want to eat healthier this year. The reason that I choose this as the new year revsoluton is I want to lose weight. I find out that what and how you eat a day really affects the weight you gains. There is a negative example which I order "Chinese food" last year almost everyday and I become fat and unhealthy. Therefore I deside to only eat vegetable and fruit at night and seldom order food. As you can see, that's why I decide to eat healthier as a new year resolution.
