Body's paragraph

"500 words! Are you kidding me!" That was my first reaction I had after I heard about our blog post homework. It was really a ridiculous length to me at that time; in China, the maximum for my English writing is an 80 words paragraph. I called that first month of school "my suffering age" You can see it from my several previous blog posts, the average length for them are around 300. I felt like that I have put in all the ideas I have into the topics, but it was far far away from the minimum length which is 500 words. Once I thought, I should let the worried of the length of the blog posts go, because having good thoughts and ideas was enough for an ornate essay. However, the decreased of my score let me known that the length is as important as good ideas. Otherwise, if you don't have sufficient supporting details to expand and explain your ideas, how can your readers understand you. Therefore, I tried as hard as I could to achieved 500 words. I listened carefully to every tricks for writing in class; I learned from my classmates' writing experience and develop my own way of writing; I would not stop writing until my blog posts achieved 500 words limits. I called that period " my first step towards succeed". Now after the training of the "death camp" which is the 30 days challenge that required three 500 words blog posts a week, I feel that 500 words is not that untouchable to me, instead it's now a piece of cake. "The shortcut to succeed is challenge." I still remembered the day my father told me that keep challenging yourself that's the quickest way for you to improve yourself. I tried that every time I had a goal, and the fact proved me that he is write every time.
