After I watched the Ted Talk in the class, I have an idea of what is called a 30 days challenge. The propose of this is to create a good and new habit for yourself. You can choose something which you always want to do and keep doing it for the next 30 days. Also you can lose a bad habit, such as playing video games. Try to live without it for 30 days and you will find other things which is fun in your life. The things you choose doesn’t matter small or big, but it really matter with sticking on it. Therefore, choose something good which you want to do and stick on it for 30 days. Maybe you will find out a different you!
